Led Zeppelin's concert dates in London were initially booked for three nights at Earls Court on May 23, 24 and 25. "Due to unprecedented demand in the history of rock music", two additional dates were added on May 17 and 18. Over 85,000 fans would come across the UK and Europe to see them.
Their stage setup used in America was brought to the UK, with the addition of a large video screen which stood above the stage. Footage from these Earls Court shows was officially released on the 2003 dvd.
