Having just returned from the UK where Led Zeppelin displaced the Beatles as "Best Group" at the Melody Maker awards, Jimmy Page and Robert Plant hold a press conference at the Plaza hotel. The death of Jimi Hendrix is also addressed, as news of his passing was reported.

The band would play two shows the following day at Madison Square Garden.
