The Forum... June 1977... it was a great week! :))
Some friends and I were fortunate enough to attend all 6 AMAZING nights (after camping on the Forum sidewalk for approximately a week to get tickets - my dad about freaked and would drive over from OC every day to make sure I was still alive! lol)... and I think it was on night #4 (25th? need to consult the ticket stubs to be sure - when I used to know by heart! ack! lol) that Mr Robert Plant caught a bouquet of roses I threw to him between songs (and between bouncers coming at me! lol) right after "Nobody's Fault But Mine" and said "thank you"... okay, I can die happy now... lol :D
What would I bring if ever stranded on a desert island? A sarong and lots of Led Zeppelin, so I could dance all over the beach! :D
To the hottest rock band ever... Thank you for making my 70s... (80s, 90s, Y2Ks and beyond!)... Guys!
