The first concert I ever attended was at the Pitts, Civic Arena on March 30th. I was blow away sitting right. I was hooked. In August of 71, my friend and I went to Fl. for vacation. We had friends in Miami but on the way down we bought tickets for the show in Orlando. We were 18 and making money the way most kids were back then selling pot. Got to the show went inside, we lasted the first song because the inside was beyond belief. We sat out side and smoked pot while we listened to their show. I don't know how the boys played that one, bit they did. I saw them one more time at the Tampa show in the mid 70's at the old Tampa stadium that turned into a riot after a brief but violent thunderstorm cancelled the show after the 2nd. or 3rd. song. We found out later that the boys had left as soon as they walked off the stage. No hard feelings though, it was still alot of fun, And they are still one my FAVORITE BANDS. THHANKS.
