Led Zeppelin in Baltimore, 1969
Yes, I remember that show. As I recall, it was on a Sunday night in late winter or early spring. My friends and I had never heard of Led Zeppelin and we were talkng about the guitarist (Page, of course) using a violin bow. The next day at school, there was a lot of talk about this new group among the people who'd been to the concert. One guy already had their album and loaned it to me.
As I also recall, the MC that night was Kirby Scott, a DJ from WCAO.
I think that there was also supposed to be a band called "Gunn" on the bill but they canceled out. Is it possible that the Paul Butterfield Blues Band was also on the bill that night?
