LA ZEP!

WOW!
I Saw your letter on the Zep web-site about attending 9-4-70, and a total of 7 Zep forum concerts. Which ones did you see? I collect "bootlegs" and have a lot of them, but to see them personally must have been something else. I was a teenager in the 80's and liked Motley Crue(saw them 4 times), but was blown away by Whitesnake opening for Motley Crue, and when I realized who Zeppelin was there was no turning back. It's kind of amazing, but if you watch "live" Van Halen, or live Whitesnake, and compare it to bootleg LA.75 footage, (and you must have seen it 'live") Led Zep blow's them away! I love 1970 Zep, for everything they played, 75' for Rock/Roll sick again opening, and Dazed and confused, and Stairway, and Absolutely love 77' for everything. Especially the LA. shows. Achilles rocks and at that point Kashmir is awesome. It's a shame they had to go out the way they did. I'd be interested in hearing about some of your highights from those shows. It's no wonder you listen to almost all Cristian Music now, you won't find anything better in Rock than Led Zeppelin.
