Full On LZ

My second time seeing LZ. Bought a cheap seat with a group of about a dozen high school friends. We all piled into a van, don't remember the model, and drove to the Forum. We had probably the highest and furthest seats from the stage. Just after the concert started one of our leaders began to meander. We all just followed one another and gradually made it down to the floor level. One in our group gave one of the attendents $10 and we were all let onto the floor. About 3/4 of the way through the concert we had managed to get within the first 10 rows of the stage dead center. By this time in the concert it was standing room only near the stage with a number of security/bouncers keeping everyone about 10' from the stage. I was absolutely floored by the band and the new songs that they played from the next album LZ IV. OMG what an experiece. Page was on fire Plant was having the time of his life with the audience totally in his control. Jones was smiling and thumping and Bonzo was incredible. I had one of my friends, a very petite pleasent looking/smelling young girl on my shoulders and back and she was just totally enticing the band. All the while I had to keep an eye on the others in our group so we could stick together. We all made it home together. Saw LZ once again @ the forum and 3x @ LB Arena. This was the most memorable of the many, many, many concerts that I have gone to over the years. Fantastic.
