Locarno, Sunderland November 1971

I was at this show with my best friend from school and his older brother. It was a month before my 14th birthday. Can't tell you how exciting it all was. I can still remember much of it vividly, especially the acoustic section when they played That's the way, Going to California and Tangerine. I remember Robert Plant joking to the other members of the band something about it being a "busman's holiday". No idea what the joke was, but it's one of those things that has stuck in my memory. We got there very early, nabbed a place on the floor very close to the stage, the place was crowded to the point that we were sitting on each other. Happy boyhood memories.
