I was only 16 but I thought it was great. I will always remember the rosin flying off Page's violin bow! As to the acoustic unrest, hey we were kids from Gastonia, for goodness' sakes! We were ready to rock! But I still enjoyed the acoustic set. It was the only time I ever saw them in concert. My brother and I got the last 2 tickets to the Stones concert which featured Stevie Wonder as warm-up (!) secret guest. Our seats were all the way up behind center stage but we got a decent view through the mirrors they used for the spot lighting. Good times.
