Liverpool Empire concert 1973

I was there too. I remember queing for the tickets months before the date of the gig and the que stretching around the back of the theatre and continuing up London Road. My mate Alan and I joined the que at the back of the Empire at 7am eventually getting our tickets in the early afternoon.
I seem to recall that the band opened with 'Black Dog' which lives with me to this day as iconic of my Led Zep experience, I was 14 years old at the time.
