An A+ Show ! ! !

I was 21 years old when I saw Led Zeppelin at the Tarrant County Convention Center Arena in 1977. I had seen Zeppelin there before, my first rock concert, when I was just 14 years old, in 1970.

I bought a scalped ticket for the 1977 show, something in the upper balcony. I got there early enough to see Jimmy arrive at the arena in his (mellow) yellow limo.

The show was fantastic !!! Showco and the crew got the sound level mix just right ! The highlight of the night for me was the transcendent performance of "Kashmir". It was other-worldy.....

The only drawback was that I thought the JPJ solo on the organ went on too long.
The "WLL" encore was not my first choice. That would have been "Heartbreaker".

My two Zeppelin experiences in Ft. Worth were both fantastic. Zeppelin at their best !!!
