I remember this show as being a little dyfunctional.

There was such a build-up as I recall the shows were initially post-poned due to RP and tonsillitlis. Anyways, I went with my best friend Bruce who was a huge KISS fan and I was a Zep fanatic. Little did I realize that KISS would have been a better show as JP & JB were a mess after "No Quarter". The night turned into a showcase for noodling and extended solos. I remember all the green Heneiken bottles on Pages amp and he was a little sloppy for my taste. I do remember the acoustic set as being outstanding and they had the whole crowd on its feet during "Bron-yr stomp"
I do remember the mix being great, as opposed to the movie TSRS. RP voice was in great form and JPJ was amazing. The show was a little ragged IMHO but it was still great to see ZEP. A lot of people I meet can't believe I really did see ZEP so that's a great memory. But I was expecting more from JP and his Les Paul. Glad I saw them!
