A very good show, except for Robert' who's voice is still damaged by the flu, although he does manage to force some good screams. Jimmy's soloing is excellent throughout and the band delivers excellent versions of No Quarter and Trampled Underfoot. Dazed And Confused still sounds timid, as it hasn't been done much since the beginning of the tour. Kashmir is sheer power.

The band was hot but Plant's voice was hurting -  Can't really describe how awesome it was to hear the new material before PG came out a few weeks later. In My Time Of Dying & Kasmire were both out of this world - seems like months ago , not 39 yrs.

Well, most of us know , around this time the bad are really trying but some shows can be hit-or-miss... After getting the 2/3 show a few years back i was not really too interested in the other early Garden shows.Iwas wrong- this show is great! I love it! It's a weird thing where everybody thinks the west coast swing of the tour is the best- ok they stretch stuff out more but i think Robert & Jimmy sound better on this night than some of those later dates- incl. Earls Court-Robert is really bad on 5/24.No Quarter is still nice n- jazzy, Jimmy is on, Dazed is fun, the little jam after the bow solo is a good ol' throwback to early 70's Zep! Along with Philly 2/8, Maryland 2/10 and the NYC shows 2/12,2/13 & 14 i think this is a great run of shows.P.S- I even like Montreal 2/6....
