drove down with three friends to gets tickets on the street.
I got mine, they didn't and took off! the show opened with..
"been a long time since I did the stroll".... remember it like yesterday.
houses of the holy was their latest release back then.
the sound was not the best but the energy was off the chain!
sat in tier B on the side....then I hitchhiked home....from downtown.
It was worth it!

I'd just graduated from high school and we made it to the stage for this show. This was a killer show - the whole time I had my head in the stage left PA speakers. No wonder I have hearing loss. I still love their music as much as I did when I first heard it.

This was my first Zeppelin show.  It was incredible.  I will never forget the encore...Robert Plant came out with a red Freddie King silk t-shirt with a Superman S on the front.  (Would love to have one of those)  The first encore was Rock 'N Roll.
