Playing exclusively arena-sized venues at this point, without an opening act, the gigs were billed "An Evening With Led Zeppelin". The last date of the tour, scheduled for Las Vegas on April 19 is cancelled due to Robert Plant falling ill the night before.

The sell-out tour grosses an estimated $1,200,000, breaking attendance records previously set by the Beatles in Vancouver and Montreal.
