Jimmy Page / Robert Plant Visit Bangkok, Thailand
Notes

Robert Plant 1972 interview:

"We stayed for quite a time in Bangkok, there's definitely enough people there for a concert, though it would be a bit heavy, with the authorities being one of those topsy-turvy 'Military Coup once a week' type of governments.

"We stopped in Bombay and played in a dive there for a bottle of Scotch. It was really superb, I was singing through an old Fender Cabinet which is about the size of a twelve inch telly and Pagey was playing a guitar which must have had piano strings on it ... but the people were happy simply because ,anybody that had passed through before had,' never taken the trouble to play ... and they should. So, wherever-you go, you, find that you've got a sort of duty to perform."
