LED MONTH IN U.S.

Led Zeppelin, the new group which has emerged out of the now-disbanded Yardbirds, begins a month long U.S tour on Boxing Day. The schedule comprises one week of concerts with Vanilla Fudge, followed by a three-week itinerary of clubs and colleges. The group's debut LP has just been completed - it is set for U.S. release next month by At!antic, and will be issued in Britain in February to coincide with a 16-day package tour in which Zeppelin will be one of the attractions.   [NME / 12/68]
