I was fortunate to be in that concert. I was 19 yeas old at that time
and had e volkswagen 68' and I a couple of friends drive from Nuevo
laredo, Tam. to San antonio, tx. that day. it was an incredible aventure
to see Led Zeppelin at the top of their carrer. two hours of their music
I rembered the songs Heartbraker, mobby Dick, and they close the
concert with Whole lotta love. I will never forget the date in my life.

The way they performed " No Quarter " with the smoke and " Dazed And Confused"
were two songs that really stand out in my mind from the best concert I
ever had the privilege of attending. Not if, but, when Led Zeppelin tours
The US again, I hope I get the chance to see them again.

P.S. Today is the 35th anniversary of our trip to San Antonio to attend that unforgetable performance. Thank for hearing me out, Chuck Ward

I was there! Unbelievable how

I was there! Unbelievable how they controlled the show. The fogging the stage for No Quarter combined with cranking the air conditioning down! Page falling in love with the echo from the back support beam on his guitar solo was awe inspiring. People jumping from their seats when him and Plant had their “space duel” with the lightning and sound being shifted to the same location. Unbelievable! The idea that nobody was leaving after the encores until Page actually came back out to tell the audience that they didn’t know how to play anything else as a band. Saw them twice after that, they never reached the same level as they did that night in San Antonio.
